Corporate innovation and venture leaders share insights on what they are scouting, how they evaluate technologies, and what it takes to move from conversation to pilot.

10:00 – 10:45 AM | Panel: Government Forecast – Key Priorities &Sourcing Requirements Government professionals outline shifting technology needs and how industry can plug in, offering a direct look at capability gaps, solicitations, and acquisition dynamics.

Sector Rooms (11:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Participants move into their assigned breakout rooms, each focused on one of five key technology verticals.

Each room is guided by a Sector Principal and a Sector Facilitator, working together to ensure high-quality discussion and real outcomes.

     – The Sector Principal brings deep industry familiarity and ecosystem insight. They elevate conversation by providing high-value, non-dominant guidance and connecting commercial markets, government priorities, and capital flows.

      – The Sector Facilitator keeps the session running smoothly, driving interaction, maintaining momentum, and ensuring everyone participates meaningfully.

Each room hosts ≈ 50 curated founders, investors,CVCs and government/technical professionals (PEOs, PMs, technical experts).

12:15 – 1:30 PM | Curated Networking Lunch (Assigned Seating)
A working lunch designed to spark targeted introductions.

Breakout rooms cover topics such as capability gaps, qualification pathways, transition barriers, and co-creation opportunities.

To keep discussions balanced and high-context, participants stay in their assigned sector room for the full block. No room switching is available.

Note: Founder participation is subject to review and approval by the sector committee, which is led by each Sector Principal.

Afternoon Plenary & Closing (3:30 – 5:00 PM)

Participants reconvene for practical insights that tie the day together.

3:30 – 4:15 PM | Coffee & Networking Session Open networking and follow-up discussions from the breakout rooms.

4:15 – 5:00 PM | Panel: From Interest to Contract — How Federal Deals Get Done A clear and candid breakdown of how federal deals progress from first conversation to funded contract. When and why programs use OTAs, CSOs, SBIR Phase III, and sole-source pathways.

6:00 – 8:00 PM | Networking Reception (Off-Site) Off-site networking reception at a nearby venue. (Location shared with registered participants.)
