All participants gather in the main room for opening remarks and sessions that set the tone for the day.

Agency Priorities Session: CTOs, SBIR Directors, and PEO leaders outline upcoming focus areas and engagement pathways.

Sector Rooms (11:00 AM 3:00 PM)

Participants split into their assigned breakout rooms, each focused on one of five key technology verticals.

Five verticals: Space & Aerospace / AI, Autonomy, & Cyber / HealthTech / Energy / Advanced Manufacturing & Materials.

Each room hosts ≈ 50 – 60 curated founders, investors, and agency representatives (PEOs, PMs, technical experts).

Moderated roundtables cover capability gaps, qualification pathways, transition barriers, and co-creation opportunities.

To preserve high-context balance and depth, attendees remain in their designated sector room for the entire breakout block. Room changes are not available.
